This electronic document, governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant rules, is presented in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011. It outlines the terms and conditions for accessing and/or transacting on www.imuindia.com (“Website”). This agreement (“Terms & Conditions”) is between the user (“User”) and M/s Kusters Engineering India Pvt Ltd. (“Company”).

Definitions

- “Agreement”: The agreement between the Company and User, including Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and all related documents, as amended by the Company.
- “Company”: Kusters Engineering India Pvt. Ltd..
- “Product(s)”: Goods and/or services available for sale on the Website.
- “User”/”Users”: Individuals or legal entities using www.imuindia.com.
“Website”: www.imuindia.com, owned and operated by the Company.

Eligibility

Users above eighteen (18) years, transacting in valid currency, and capable of entering a valid contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, are eligible. User agrees to maintain confidentiality of login credentials and accepts responsibility for all activities under their account.

Amendment of Terms

The Company may amend these Terms & Conditions at its discretion or as required by law, without prior notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of modified Terms and conditions.

Website Content

The Website and its content are protected by intellectual property rights. Users using information for research must credit the Company. The Company may pre-screen content and reserves the right to refuse or remove content at any time. The Company’s logos, marks, and names are trademarks owned by the Company, and User agrees not to display or use them without permission.

User’s misuse of Products, material, and/or Marks is strictly prohibited. The Company will enforce its intellectual property rights, seeking remedies, including criminal sanctions, at the User’s risk.

For all correspondence, refer to the support office address provided. Users are bound by these Terms & Conditions upon using the Website, and disagreement requires discontinuation of transactions.

Registration and User Responsibilities

To engage in online shopping on www.imuindia.com (“Website”), the User must register, providing accurate information. The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their User ID and Password. The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend User registration if information is found to be incorrect or misleading.

The User agrees not to impersonate others, and the Company may refuse or cancel User IDs at its discretion. By registering, the User grants the Company non-exclusive rights to use their information to facilitate services.

The Company is not responsible for:

Product delivery to an incorrect address provided by the User.
Loss or damage due to inaccurate information provided by the User.

The User is liable for providing accurate information and may face legal consequences for furnishing false details.

Representations and Warranties

The User assures ownership or authorization for shared information on the Website. The provided information must be correct, complete, and adhere to rules and regulations. The User indemnifies the Company for claims arising from posted information.

The User agrees not to submit:

Fraudulent, misleading, or harassing information.
Material infringing on third-party rights.
Defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.

The Company reserves the right to edit or remove such information.

The User agrees to comply with all terms, conditions, and notices and confirms not to use the Website for unlawful purposes.

Store Pick Up Service

In case of Online purchases. Users must collect ordered Products within 48 hours from designated stores. Failure may result in order cancellation. Valid photo ID matching the invoice name is required for pick-up.

Requests for changing product color or model won’t be accepted. Bulk orders may be canceled at the Company’s discretion.

Replacement Policy

Different replacement policies apply to Store Pick-up and Home Delivery Products. Specific categories may not be replaced, and special offer products are non-replaceable.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation can be requested before goods delivery. The Company may refuse orders with incorrect pricing or information.

Payment Terms

Users use valid payment methods and agree to furnish accurate payment details. EMI facility is subject to bank approval. The Company is not responsible for declined transactions due to exceeding credit limits.

The Company ensures confidentiality of User details and reports fraud to authorities.

Placing a Pay-on-Delivery Order

Users can pay for orders in cash or card upon delivery. Additional fees apply based on the purchase value.

Delivery & Installation

Products are shipped within 72 hours, and installation is conducted by brands or service partners. Standard installation charges may apply.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure or delays due to Force Majeure Events beyond its control.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Website and services are provided “as is.” The Company disclaims liability for content, offensive material, and makes no guarantees of confidentiality. Users use the Website at their own risk.
